Do not allow Dr. Robert Phillips to perform bypass heart surgery on you or a loved one. His reckless behavior during my open hear surgery in July of 2000 nearly killed me. Had I known then what I know today, I would have brought a medical malpractice suit against this guy. If the statue of limitations in South Carolina did not prevent it, I would definitely bring a malpractice lawsuit against him today!
