I had problems with my motorcoach a week ago, I was towed at 11:30 pm on 7/23/12 -Monday-.

They told me they could fix the problem because they do all kind of mechanic work (when is actually just alignment) , including Diesel. That also coming from the Owner Louis.

2 Days after... "you won't like what I have to tell you, were the words of the super-slow paced tow driver-almost manager there Albert". The mechanic said too much work, he Won't do it. (?) . 2 days with the bus sitting there and they moving slower than a snail. 2 full Days.

I had to find on my own a place where to check the computer of the bus (since they said we will not help you, take your bus to a 80 miles from here shop), and took it to another place, Palmetto Diesel, they said they do diesel but didn't wanted to get their hands dirty with that much work, they checked the engine $228.00, and told me they wouldn't do it. I tow it using Albert that did a good thing at last (convinced Cummins in Loris,SC to take the bus early FRIDAY-have a contract waiting for that bus since the 25th-), he showed up at 11:30 am... he said it will take about an hour to hook up the bus (?) , we left at 2 pm... not only that... is that much the rush he had to do a professional work and make it up for the big mess and false promises, that he even stop on the way to Loris for boiled peanuts on a small shopt at the side of the road, he don't give a s.... . Entering the Cummins Dealer shop he scratched the bottom of my bus with the pavement. If you are ready for a nightmare.... do what they tell you (they took anyway $1650.00 from my pocket ...) and sit tight because you are there for a looong ride. I don't understand how this places are still open.

Louis the owner was fully aware of the speed process of this repair (Albert is his right hand), and also personally told me one thing and then happened another (he was aware of the contract situation). We arrived at Cummins not early in the morning but... late afternoon, right before they closed. I lost not only the week, but also the weekend since their mechanics don't work on weekends.

I hope you receive in a long term what you have given to others. If your equipment broke down... and need it repaired, take it away from their yard ASAP. A True advice based o 5 days experience with them.
