I love this salon. I'm very picky when it comes to finding someone to cut my hair. However though, whenever I call to set an appointment it seems like no one ever picks up the phone, one time I called there to set an appointment multiple times and no one EVER picked up..same thing happened a few months later when I tried to reschedule an appointment. When I am actually there though the service is okay.
