My Father was here for several months about a year ago and it was the worst experience ever. The CNAs were not very good and there were not very many of them. The nursing staff was completely incompetent. The RNs spent their time in their offices on the phone talking. Many times, they would have one CNA for 2 hallways. If someone fell at night, good luck getting anyone to help. I could not wait to get my Father out of there. He is in the 3rd nursing home since he left and the other 2 were far superior to Frank Tejeda in Floresville. It was nice to have a gauge of other nursing homes to see what is good and bad. This place was by far the worst.
