Discourteous staff. Limited knowledge of certain goods. Lowest payout of any pawn shop by far. You're better off going with a chain run store plain and simple.

The one star is generous at best! The lady was condescending and snakry. Said my ring ( which I've pawned for 400 before) was worthless and low balled all of my other items! Stay away if u don't want to get ripped off.

these people are the rudest most uninformed people i have ever ATTEMPTED TO do business with.... they dont take anything and know nothing about JEWELRY....... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.. go someplace where you can get an HONEST OFFER,,,, they are really going to run this businessinto the ground...

Everyone at H & H is friendly and know what they are doing. They are reliable and have good prices.

If you need fast cash or are just looking for some good deals I recomend them highly.
