These people have the worse customer service ever. PWS has gone up on my bill every year and for their personal gain. The only way you can pay you bill is if you driver over to the "Shack" they office out of or mail it in. You CAN NOT pay by phone or computer. If you forget or miss your payment date they will cut your services off? Even if you only owe $50.00. However when you open an acct. They make you pay a deposit of $100.00.

The people that work in the office work from 8 to 2pm.

You can drive over there anytime of day these ladies are sitting around doing nothing but sitting around talking. An as customers we are having to fork the bull for this BS.

This Wil be my last year. I am going to go back to my own Water WELL and I won't have to worry about PWS nickel and diming me again.

Nothing but idiots in this place.

If I had the opportunity, I would fire every person in the office and hire people that are kind and professional. They are rude, vindictive and cannot conduct business appropriately in any way. It is apparent that the women in this office hate to be there and take it out on the customer or they just hate the customer. Besides having to deal with the staff, the water wreaks of bleach, is sometimes orange and after filling the bathtub with water then drain it there is dirt all in the bottom of the tub. YUK and DANGER!
