I called B&D on a Friday before a holiday and was in a pinch to get my car looked at due to travel. Owner - Dave - went out of his way and returned my call within 10 minutes (even though the shop was technically closed!). I described my problem and he told me to bring it in first-thing the next day they were open. He called me within 2 hours to let me know what the problem was (needed a new wheel bearing) and said they would have it set and done by 1 PM. The price was extremely reasonable and every single person I dealt with (from Dave to the woman who was running the office ) was EXTREMELY kind and so wonderful to work with. Dave fully explained everything they did and I was on my way. I always say how much I appreciate kind people - it made the whole experience even better and I trust that the work was done right as he came highly recommended! I've been going to B and D for years. They are true blue. They never try to one over on you. Dave senior and junior educate me about my Honda and help me inspect cars my kids want to buy. It's almost never a problem to get in when I need to . Go there they are fantastic!
