I honestly could not be angrier. They literally lied to me. I brought my car in and was told I needed over a Thousand Dollars ($1,000) worth of work. Brought the car for a second opinion and found out nothing Mavis said was true. They wanted to replace my muffler and tail pipe--unnecessary. They said the battery was leaking--not true at all and apparently a common lie told in an attempt to sell a battery. They claimed my fluids all needed replacing--untrue, fluids were fine and do not need to be replaced until the normal scheduled service and replacement. This location was clearly attempting to take advantage of someone they perceived to have little knowledge regarding cars. I strongly advise that NO ONE go to this location. All in all, my vehicle needed less than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) worth of work.

I was given an all inclusive price for 2 tires. I go the next day and when I drop the car it's $70 higher than the quote, I go back to pickup the car later in the day and it went up another $20. So almost $100 more than the all inclusive price on the phone. Will NEVER use them again.

Call for a quote on labor for installed on rotors, as I was going to buy parts and just bring them in to be installed. The price was not bad. Manager advised that if I come in and use their parts I would only pay 149 +tax (again, not a bad price). I finally go in to have the work done and out of no where the price increases. I ended up paying over $200. Not cool. Won't be going there next time.

DO NOT GO HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE.



I went in for an oil change for my car and told them specifically that was all I wanted because I got a new car and wouldnt be driving this anymore.



I left to go run errands down the street, and they called me saying something was wrong, and when I got back to the shop they started wiggling things under my car saying they were loose and that my car was 100% unsafe to drive. They told me I need an entire front end rebuild, quoted at $600+. When I declined multiple men were berating me with things such as "why would you even risk driving that home" "its a death trap" " I CANT believe you're denying this" Honestly they scared the sh*t out of me and made me very worried to drive my car.



Brought it home, propped it up and looked at it again, nothing wiggled. Nothing was wrong.



THEY LOOSENED THE BOLT TO SCARE ME INTO PAYING $600+



My dad brought it back, asked them to show him what was wrong, they put it on the lift again, and couldn't find the issue. The store manager made a sorry excuse for his employees and no one took responsibility.



Called the DM, who refused to call us back. Nothing was done by upper management, and this makes me believe that they are condoning this behavior by their retailers to make a profit



Please, do not go here. I would not trust them one bit with anything that I drive. The management is a poor excuse and won't take responsibility for their employee's shady actions. It is unfortunate that as a young female car driver I am apparently subject to con-artists like the men that work at this shop. If I wasn't from a family with multiple car-enthusiasts I might have actually dropped all that money, because you are supposed to be able to trust mechanics with your life.

The only reason I gave this place one star was because I had to write a review. I made an appointment to get two tires mounted for 1:30, when I arrived the woman at the desk told me i had to wait about 45 minutes. So I went to get lunch and returned around 2:20. My car was not done until 4:30. When I made the appointment via phone, I was told the price was going to be $25/tire, when the car was finished and I was paying, I was told it was $35/tire. I have been here previously and they have done my tires for $20/tire. I would never recommend this terrible place to anyone and I will certainly not be returning.

I'd say not to go there! The man at the desk(Keith) had no personality...as he was talking to me the phone rang, and he says, ****! I couldn't believe it! Then 2 minutes later his cell phone rings ( which he shouldn't of answered as he was waiting on me), He takes it out of his pocket, and says "what the ****"!!!! Really! Then he tells me its an 11/2 wait to have the oil changed...there was 1 car in the shop, and 2 guys sitting outside doing nothing....He says its 1st come 1st serve, yet there was nobody waiting, and 1 car on the lift! As I was waiting for a car ride back home, the guy Keith, and the 2 other guys were smoking , then "keith" comes over to me and says, they'll "squeeze" me in and Have my car done in 1/2 hr! REALLY! WasI suppose to be grateful! Never again, and its ashame, cause I live here, and would like to give my hometown the business...I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this place
