Sign behind register says returns w/ receipt for cash; no receipt = store credit. I went & bought 36 cans of food, i get many varieties for my older cat. i had 6 cans to return. In all honesty, i had 9, she said they don't carry 3, so i must have purchased them all elsewhere. Am i the only one who puts a bunch of things to return in one bag? The other 6 i bought there, but since 3 were in question, Employee was unhelpful. Employee said she had to "check their receipts" and "make sure" that i bought the cans there. I pointed out the sign on the wall right behind her, but she refused to honor their no receipt returns for credit policy. She called the owner(?) who affirmed her refusal to take my 6 cans. The employee took my number, told me the owner would contact me, never heard from them. Take the sign down since you don't honor it. I mean c'mon, Positively Pets in vails gate will get all the business for my dog and two cats. Learn to treat customers like you aren't a bunch of jerks.
