I have been banking with park state for over 2 years and a major problem comes up at least once a month. I am changing banks even though it is such a hassle, but banking should not be this hard.

for almost the entire 2 years I could not access bill pay and called them constantly. spent hours on the phone with their teck service. They never did figure it out. I did. it does not work with firefox. works fine with internet explorer. Sad when they couldn't figure that out.
