They have great service , i get my hair braided here all the time very patient and work is always neat ❤️

Amy also braid my hair and do excellent work. Not your average hair braiding shop. They are family oriented and professional. Once they start on your hair they complete it with little to no distractions. Open 7 days a week for the person who works the normal Monday thru Friday schedule. Love this place and the atmosphere.

I showed up in the shop as a walk in on Saturday around 3:30pm and said I wanted Micros. They told me it would be 6 hours. 30 minutes later (MaMa) started my hair, she worked finished in 5 hours and only got up once for like 5 minutes. She was very professional in that regard and I really appreciated it, especially being a walk in. Other than there bad kids running around the shop being disrespectful, I give them 4 starts. I Love my hair and I will defiantly be coming back!!!

Upon entering the shop I was happily greeted and told exactly what we were goin to do. Amy was understanding of my time and understood that life happens. I had and appointment for 9:30 and didn't arrive until 10:30. She was not upset nor did she make me make another appointment. Her and her sister were very professional and attentive. I felt as if I walked into a friends home and was very comfortable. I will recommend for others to come here as well as come back myself. I will be uploading a post to my Facebook upon completion of my hair and a happy smile to accompany it.

Don't go here! I went here to get crochet braids. My appointment was at 11:00. I get there at 11. She starts on my hair around 11:20. She gets half my hair braided and then tells me she needs to take a lunch break! WTF???! She goes somewhere comes back and eats. Then continues to work on my hair. All the while speaking in her native tongue. I really feel like that's so rude! Then "Amy " I guess comes over and starts shaking her head saying no, do this. I had my glasses off and couldn't see what she was doing. She was putting something on the knots. I asked her and she said the hair was too fine and she didn't want it to come undone. Upon further inspection I found the substance she was using was NAIL GLUE!!! She was actually using nail glue, glue for fake nails in my hair! I will NEVER go back here!

I scheduled an appointment for Sunday on Friday. The owner told me to come in Saturday so she could go with me to the beauty supply store & get the hair I needed. I got to the shop Saturday, no one greeted me or said anything- they just starred like I was from another planet. I told them why I was there & waited 15 minutes for the owner to show up for her to tell me to just give her $20 & she will get the hair. "Bish, wheh?"... I arrived Sunday & surprisingly, she pulled up 2 minutes after I did. She began my hair at approx 9:15 (appointment was at 9). Mind you, I asked how long it would take when I made the initial call because I had somewhere to be at 4. She assured me 6 hours... An hour, 30 into her doing my hair, she leaves!!! She told me she's be right back & just left!!! Very unprofessional!!!! I'm in the chair as I type and she's been gone for nearly 30 minutes. I will NOT come back & I definitely would NOT recommend this shop to ANYONE!!!!!

I agree with the last person. They are horrible and I was not satisfied with my hair she had the front all nice and the middle jacked up because she was getting tired. they were a mess and the other lady that was in there braiding called her daughter to come help her because she said she had somewhere to be. Very unprofessional shop and waste of a day

I was refer to this shop by a friend who was very satisfied with her micro braids.i think they are very professional. My hair only took 9 hours, which is not bad at all for long hair. Afou is very warm and carrying, i think she is the owner of the shop, the other girls are very nice too. Whenever i go out people ask who did my hair. A great place to go get your hair done

Overall...the shop was very messy when I arrived at 9am on Saturday morning....I had to wait 20 mins for someone to arrive to open the door. The workers children came with them and were very wild running around and whining. The person working on my hair got tired and they switched in the middle of my head so some of the braids were different than others.
