Got a quote for a water heater over the phone. Was told I needed to pay in store. Set up dat. Serviceman Steve came out. Looked at water heater and didn't understand it from the start. Wanted to tear out part of wall to expose a piece of piping in the wall. He didn't even offer to change the pressure regulaur, we asked him to change it. He said anyone could do it. It didn't have to be him. There was a dead baby bird on the water heater. He was horrified by it. Needless to say Hannyman hardware did not do the job as Steve didn't know what to do. He had to take pictures and call his boss. Then they had the nerve to charge me for a service call. I'm so disappointed in this company and I'll be calling the people who referred me American Home heating and telling them not to refer anyone else there.

I called to reserve a bounce house for my son's 6th birthday party after attempting to find rental info on the website. There was no info on the website. The man who answered explained that I would pay the day I picked it up, return it the next day, and that was all there was to it. My husband arrived to pick it up, and Wayn told my husband that we needed a big truck, 6-7 men to assemble, and that a fork lift was needed to load it. So, needless to say, my son had to go without the bounce house that was promised to him. I called the store to complain, I asked for the manager. When I explained my problem to him, he said "I don't know, I don't work in rentals". Then he said "Well maybe you should've come up here and looked at it before you rented it". I was then transferred to Wayne who said "When we rent any kind of equipment, we expect the people who rent them to have experience". I just thought they should've informed me prior to rental. Not once did they apologize.

Friendly and knowledgeable people. Low prices also. Just don't forget to hose off the equipment or fill it up with gas before you take it back or they will charge you for it. Good place overall.
