I cannot believe all the times they have screwed up our order. We would get it home and invariably, there was always something missing that we paid for. The last time, the chicken was not even done. We will never be going back there. We have switched to Lee's. Their chicken is much better and their green beans are better, too.



I once ordered a Twister from KFC to go and when I got home, I could not believe my sandwich. It was falling apart and there were gobs of shredded lettuce, but there was only 2 little pieces of chicken in that sandwich. I could not believe it. Each chicken piece was maybe a bite and a half. I was so mad and just amazed that they even sold that to me.



Another thing, once I ordered the grilled chicken. Got up to the window and they told me what my total was. I paid the money and THEN after I paid, they told me they were OUT of the grilled chicken. I couldn't believe they took my order and my money before telling me this. Never again.
