Please read this review before you shop at this store! I tried to make an exchange for a ponytail for a different shade of haircolor that I had just bought the day before and the mgmt refused to make the exchange. The store rules are on a sign that is hanging from the ceiling and not noticeable to the average shopper not looking up at the ceiling. In my opinion any store that doesn't strive to please the customer does not care about their customers they just want the money. This is a Chinese establishment and they are known for no refunds of any kind regardless of the situation. Some Chinese hair stores are much nicer than Parker Beauty, shop around. Their standards are low and this store looks like a junky warehouse. I learned a valuable lesson with this experience watch where you go buy hair! Another thing they lied and said they close at 8:30pm when this website says they close at 9:30pm. I had my receipt and the item was unopened.

I called to inquire about pricing and specials on Remi hair. The gentlemen who answer the phone was very impatient. I was trying to explain that I was looking for a different styles and different colors, but he kept cutting me off, stating the price was $59.99 buy one get one free. After being interrupted three times, I explained to him that he was not understanding my request. He then stated, "Yea, I need to use the phone." I have never experienced such rude customer service over the phone. I, then, called Grand Beauty Supply and was greeted by an individual who was very patient and answered all of my questions. I decided to purchase my Goddess Remi from this supply, where I spent over $200 because they appreciate my business.
