Went into store to cancel after requesting short term use.Employee did not cancel correctly.Continued to bill credit card after moved from area.Will not cancel membership without mailing certified letter. No cancellation form on website.Will not refund.

I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone!

I am new to the area and went fill out an enrollement form.

There were 4 girls working behind the counter and ALL of them stood there. The "mouthy"one started talking........wow!!! She was rude and unprofessional!

I turned right around and walked out!
