What an absolutely disgusting “company” rife with some of the most disrespectful, vile, and incompetent employees to ever plague the retail world. To add insult to injury, they don’t even send new items! On two orders I placed, totaling in at about $4k aggregate value, both pieces of luggage looked like someone had taken a baseball bat to them and rubbed them in dirt.
Moreover, and as touched on above, their customer service is SO repugnant that I sought counsel to represent me in the facilitation of my returns with them. Do you think they respected that? NOPE! Heck, one “representative” named “Sal” went insofar as to email me instead of my counsel and referred to my counsel by his abbreviated first name-the epitome of disrespect. Moreover, “Sal” must be lacking in the masculinity department given that he took a business matter and quickly devolved it into something reminiscent of a bar room brawl while “he” was behind the anonymity and protection of a telephone conversation with me. That took place after the email “he” (“Sal”) sent when I had simply called to ask for a manager (which he refused to forward me to-they were all “too busy”). I called so that I could, yet again, attempt to hash this situation out professionally.
But, at least “Sal” proved why I sought representation in this first place: these “people” are animals that peddle not-as-described (i.e. not new) products. I cannot recall the last time I was this infuriated with a retailer and would not wish this “company” on my worst enemy. I guarantee they will do everything in their power to meddle with my refunds, it’s what petty, putrid “people” do. But, when that day inevitably comes, I will seek all remedies available to me in law and equity. If someone from Rimowa ever bothers to read this, take away the following: refund me, in full, on my purchases so that I never have to endure your sophomoric, deceptive, and abhorrent antics ever again.
