To begin, Mr Rhodes and his team did their job when it came to their client. They secured a great deal for them, I assume. Of course if Karma is really a thing then the deal should fall through during the option period which I hope it does.
This is a quote from another review made earlier this year..
"ZERO STARS isn't an option!! He had a house listed, sold it, didn't call back the other realtors that gave him offers on that house!! Unethical! Unprofessional! Not what realtors should stand for!!"
Now this I agree with however my story is different but same. You see I made an offer on a home yesterday and my realtor was told over the phone the sellers accepted and we had a deal. This was AFTER by the way they had several other conditions such as a $500 option check and a letter from our bank that we were approved to purchase this home while we kept our existing home. So you see there was already back and forth which ENDED with THE SELLER and MR RHODES and team asking for these items. We complied right away and sent the contract when we were told, WE HAVE A DEAL. Now for everyone that has been or is currently in this same situation you'll know it's a very emotional thing which is why sometimes folks get so heated. I don't care that we lost the house, well actually of course I do. What I care about the most is the unethical behavior of this realtor and his team. When you accept a deal and then string us along for 30 hours only to accept another deal without giving me any opportunity to counter or speak about my ALREADY ACCEPTED DEAL you have gone too far. Also, we paid the asking price for the home. Apparently the real issue was we asked for some items to be included with the home the seller wanted to keep. OK THEN SO CALL ME AND ASK IF WE CAN DO THE DEAL WITHOUT THOSE ITEMS! Seriously! Anyway, Make your own decision. I will be sure to tell this story for many years to come..
