IF YOU LIKE BURNT FOOD, DIRTY PLACES AND RUDE EMPLOYEES - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU

My family recently placed a to go order. We picked it up - got home - and found half of the order missing. Additionally, our pizza slices were inedible due to being heated up in a filthy oven. We had BURNT CINDERS - about 1/2 inch squares all over the bottom of the slices. Luckily, I saw mine before my grandchildren had a chance to begin eating theirs. We called the restaurant and the young lady manager offered to have her driver deliver a new meal - and provide us with a credit on a future purchase. Perfect -all's well that ends well -- EXCEPT - when the young man got to our house and delivered our food he asked for the old food back. You mean half of the food we didn't get? Or perhaps you would like for us to dig in our trash bin to give you the disgusting food back? No -we don't have the old food. Weren't told we needed to keep that handy. At that point, Johnny's delivery employee said to a family member at the front door of my home - "So, you are going to knowingly steal this food from me?" REALLY - Johnny's New York Style Pizza? Is this the kind of employees you have working for you? The young man finally gave us our food and was dismissed - but we never did get that promised credit. I have since asked for the franchise owner to call - no call. I have called Johnny's headquarters - and was given a reasonable reply from their President of Franchise sales - but still no call from the owner. This tells me that JOHNNY"S PIZZA THINKS IT APPROPRIATE TO SERVE INEDIBLE FOOD FROM A FILTHY OVEN AND SEND IT'S EMPLOYEES TO YOUR HOME TO INSULT YOU. Hopefully, the health department will close them down shortly.

I have now ordered pizza from here twice and both times the disinterested teen has been so rude! She's fine until you say delivery, then she says, "oooook..." I said excuse me? And she yells what's the number?! I should have hung up the phone, but I've been promising my daughter Johnnys. But never again!
