So glad this place is here!! The negative reviews are obviously employees of MadVapes!! lol!! Great place, and the service is so good here, I really felt comfortable talking to them. AND, I have quit smoking!!!!

Been getting my supplies here for the past month. Friendly and honest employees and the only store near me that actually has a taste test set up for the juice. The other stores around are smoke shops that carry vape supplies and know nothing about the vape products.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Everyone that works there is amazing and eager to help you in any way possible. The products are accurately priced and stand up well over time. I LOVE this place and would recommend it to anyone that Vaps! I had a 13 hour back surgery that I had told one of the owners about. Not only did he call me to check up on me, but he also came to my house with several bottles of juice and a pack of coils that I was in desperate need of. These people are AMAZING and go above and beyond with all that they do!!

Bought 3 batteries over a period of 3-4 months and all 3 broke. Was denied any kind of refund and half their store is all over priced knock offs. For example THIS : http://www.ebay.com/itm/EGO-CE4-1100mah-Battery-charger-Starter-Kit-/321630235200?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4ae2a7ea40 Is being sold for 25$ and its just the battery. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Id rather drive all the way to mad vapes. I had recommended most of my friends here when they opened (about 30 people) now i'm telling them to never go back.

Transitions vapor company on spout springs rd, is over priced. I found the same product for $30 dollars less at Madvapes. All the employees including the owner do not know anything about their products. I bought a MVP 2.0 recently and the manager told me I could return within 30 days. I wasn't completely satisfied with the MVP, and decided to return it (on the 5th day). The manager then told me I couldn't return it because "nothing is wrong with it, you just need to manage your money better." Terrible employees, terrible customer service, terrible prices. Unethical business, I would never recommend Transitions Vapor Company to anyone.
