Provided by YPmobileIf you have the sniffles, you're in good hands, but if something more serious pops up that requires medical effort, you're left high and dry! If you're looking for good quality, caring medical service for any length of time, find somewhere else, trust me, this isn't the place. Went to Dr Kelly for 3 plus years with simple in and out, quick care issues, but as soon as something more serious hit and I needed the help the most, he no longer had any interest in seeing me. That told me all I needed to know!

Provided by YPmobileIf I could give this zero stars I would. On my first visit the nurse was very incompetent. I brought 2 inch stack of my previous medical records with all of my current medications. She entered five of 15 into the computer and said she was done, I then had to explain to her and physically show her that there were several other pages of medications. When I told her where the medication needed to be sent in the particular pharmacy she sent them to a different one. Call thought it would overlook this and then met with Dr. Kelly Who seemed very personable and thorough during my appointment we talked about upping a medication when I went to the pharmacy and had not been increased. I called the clinic on a Monday and I finally called them back on Friday his nurse was very very rude to me and unprofessional, I called later that day and another nurse told me the answer is simply no when I asked them why they do not have to give me one. In the meantime at that same appointment three vials of blood work taken the lab technicians were wonderful. A week later I got a letter stating that all my blood results were normal I knew that this cannot be true so I called and requested the specific results, surprise some of my blood levels were elevated three times as much as they should be one when I questioned the clinic they told me they don't have to give me any answers. So if you want a Doctor Who does not actually evaluate your blood test results and does not look at your medical history even if you bring it to them then this is the place for you if you want actual medical care I would seriously consider not using Baptist

Provided by YP.comI see Dr Dyess and while she is very nice, getting medication refills is a nightmare. You better start calling 2 weeks before you are out. You must call the dr, the pharm, then the dr, and on and on. I have always been told either the fax is not working, the computer screwed up etc. This has happened everytime. I sometimes must go without blood pressure meds several days before I finally get refills. If you do not go to clinic every 3 months for bloodwork, forget about getting meds even if you are getting bloodwork at a different dr (like a rheumatologist). Thinking about changing clinics for that reason.

Provided by YP.comI see Dr Dyess and she is wonderful. She is truly intested in what is going on and helping get me feeling better. At my last visit, she event remembered why I had been there three months ago and followed up on it. I have even got my husband and mom going to this clinic too. (The see Dr Sheely and love him) I like that this clinic will make room for you and it does not take forever to see a doctor. If you dont already have a regular doctor, you really need to check them out!
