These people looked on their computer and told my wife her current iphone 5s was a 32 gb. So since she filled up that one she declined the 128 gb iphone 6s and instead thought she was already getting more storage by just going up to the 64gb 6s. When she got home and I was setting up her old iphone for our daughter I noticed that it is in fact not a 32 gb it was a 64gb 5s. I promptly contacted CSpire they stated that it would be "Up to the store managers discretion to handle it" I made an online appointment to the store since it was 7:30 pm Saturday and the store was closed on Monday as proof that it had only been about 45 minutes since my wife walked out with the phone. Well even though, admittedly my wife didn't know how much storage she had, they still sat there and told her the wrong amount to further confuse her. When she went up to handle it the manager bluntly told her it didn't matter to him if he walked out to the parking lot and walked back in once she left the store that was it. They amazingly would of took it back for a different type of phone but not let her get the actual phone she was coming up there for, which in itself is ridiculous. The store and the manager should take some responsibility and learn to correct mistakes and treat their customers better. I have four phone lines through CSpire and think I will move to another company as soon as my wifes two year contract is up unless I find a place that will pay to release her from it.
