The 11/21/2014 review WAS dead on,and it was time for those owners to fade away. However the new owners are very polite and helpful ! My family has used them for years and we are very pleased with their work,and now even more pleased with the friendly front counter service.

Amazing!!! I use them for all of my monograming needs. With new ownership the customer service is great and new product is coming in all the time!

Dec 1, Lil Ms Sew & Sew is under new ownership. Where customer service top priority. Come and meet the new owner. New retail products coming at the start of the New Year.

Do NOT go here for your monogramming! I have been here a couple of times and just looked past the extremely rude service. But today was the LAST time I will step foot in there. From the moment I walked up to the counter she treated me like I was such an inconvienence to her. The first thing she did was grab her notepad and say "what to you want" she never even looked up ( much less smiled). Then when I told her I wanted my 6 letter name in multi colors with purple, pink, blue and green and the the pink and purple twice she told me that it was too complicated and and wouldn't look right. My mom was with me and walked away at that point. She could not believe how she was treating me. She finally looked up at me and said "this doesn't even make sense". I grabbed my clothes and told her I would just take my business elsewhere. She wadded up the paper, threw it in the trash and said "good, we couldn't figure that out anyway" as I turned to walk out I told her that I have never had such terrible service and she yelled from her back room " I can't help that you want to go somewhere else you are just too complicated!" I left crying. I am not sure how she even gets business.
