You get horrible service big box store no personal service

I request the same groomer and get different ones each time. There is a large turnover. The haircuts are gapped and uneven. Nails are left undone. My 2 yr old pup hates going there. He cries when we get to the parking lot.
Never again.

This place has HORRIBLE prices. Although they have alot of different pet items and a lot of their fish are nicely priced, a lot of their other items are real high. I can get dog food, dog treats, and guinea pig grass altogether for $20 at walmart or kroger but will end up paying $30-$40 at petsmart. And their vet is INSANELY high. I can go to the vet in Brandon and pay $66 for a set of shots and deworming or go to the one in Jackson and pay $50. But when i asked petsmart how much they charge they told me $110! This place needs to take another look at their prices and wake up to a new economy.

My puppy, a 1 yr old min schnauzer, got sick and had to go to the vet next door while he was there.. they tried to charge me full price for grooming even though they only bathed him and cut his head... I refused, and she argued with me, I ended up not paying though.

My other baby is a 13 yr old min schnauzer, I told them several times to be gentle with him because he's old, and the two times I saw them handle him, they WERE NOT gentle.

When they brought out my senior citizen the girl said "does he have poop on his feet, because he pooped in his crate" HE WOULD NOT have done that unless he hadn't been taken out all day.

When we got home, both of them drank like a gallon of water, so I'm assuming they weren't given anything to drink all day either.

They do NOT care about these animals, and they don't even pretend to care while you're there, so I can't imagine how they are treated when no one is looking.

I felt horrible for taking my babies there, and I will never take them there again! I highly DO NOT recommend Pet Smart Grooming OR Pet Smart Vet (Though they weren't AS BAD, they did not seem competent AT ALL)
