We took our vehicle to be detailed. Not only did they charge more than anyone in town; they did not clean several parts of the interior. When I called to give them a chance to make it right I was told by the rude woman in charge that they do not clean those areas unless specifically told too. Crazy me for thinking when you tell someone to detail the entire inside that is exactly what they are going to do. We explained to her when we dropped it off that we had just purchased it (like an hour earlier) and it was filthy and needed to be completely cleaned. We paid over $70 for them to barely clean the interior of a tiny vehicle- not including exterior. The manager, or whoever she is, is a nightmare!
