Awesome truck shop. Stephan Reallt helped me out with my wheels, great service! Highly recommend him. Currently building and putting together a certain look, and he really knows what he is talking about. Very good pricing and great communication. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for good sales expertise and knowledge on trucks and wheels.

Went in for a bedcover. Guys showed me 10 different covers and explained the difference. They gave me all the pricing, and warranty information. I explained to them my issue with time and waiting. They worked around my schedule, got me in and out super fast. Excellent work, and very good customer service. You will get spoken to and waited on like a customer should....

I have had the most amazing customer service from Ricks Pro Truck. These guys really go the extra mile to make sure I get taken care of. My husband loves RPT so I buy a lot of his gifts there and these guys always know what to recommend. Most recently I purchased weathertech floor mats for my Dad's Nissan and he absolutely loves them!!! I cannot wait until they open the new Gluckstadt store so they are closer to my home.

WILL NEVER GO BACK !! I ordered a black bullbar for my truck they told me "drop it off at 7:30 it will be done in about 2 to 3 hours " well at 1:30 it still wasn't ready and to make things worse, they had the wrong part instead of the black I ordered , they were putting a silver one on. I told them it was the wrong one and they said " we can spray it with bed liner to make it black " how ridiculous is that? They even put it on wrong it was crocked.Then I had to tell them to give back my tow hooks they took off my truck. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE
