Bought new tires online. Stopped by shop and asked if they could mount them. One guy that came out said yes, it wouldn't be a problem. As I'm pulling my truck in, another guy came out and said that if I didn't buy the tires there, he wouldn't mount them. I had two vehicles that I needed this on. I said that's was fine and left. Went to Pearl to a one man shop and gave him my $200 to do it. He gladly mounted tires on both vehicles. I will never go back to Riverbend nor recommend them to anyone.

The worst service ever I called trying to price some new and used tires intentions on buying from them the guy answers ask what sizes I said hold on let me look he says call us back and hangs up in my face very rude I called back I told the guy I wouldn't even buy tires from yal the service suck and the way you talked to a customer over the phone sure in hell isn't going to get u service

WORST CALL IVE EVER MADE. Just called and asked about getting a tire and they asked what size and being a girl I said well let me check and he YELLED at me and said until you know what size tire just call back and hung up on me. wow.
