First let me start off with the only reason I am giving SmartzWed a one star with Google is because Google has no zero star. This is no doubt the worst tech firm I have ever worked with and I have worked with numerous programmers and techs in my day. Now in all fairness it did not start like this. I have dealt with these guys for I guess two years or a little more but the last 6-9 months of it was pure misery and I was looking for a replacement the entire last 6-9 months. They got so bad they could not even handle a G Suite account without numerous problems from my people getting blocked out multiple times to something going on at SmartsWeb and them having to move us from one server to another and no accounts being right. I have many Google accounts in what I do and could not access any of my Google accounts. My YouTube account was gone, Google Analytics account was gone and could not login to my Gmail. I have other companies I work with that were having their own issues under me, but I will stick to my own personal experiences with these guys. The new name alone is even a joke, SmartsWeb? Really, I can’t find anything smart about these people. Any tech firm that can’t even manage a G Suite account should not be in business. I would look up and a site would be down, a page would be down, and it got to the point this was happening every day. They would charge for work, screw it up then charge you again to fix what they screwed up. My office manager had been on me for nearly a year telling me we were getting cheated on our bill. I will let the other companies under me post what they saw on this one but they most defiantly over charge then screw it up and charge you to fix it. Then they charge you going US rate and come to find out they sub work out to foreign companies probably paying them $5.00 per hour and charging $85-$125 to US companies as the foreigners screw it up and Blake wasn’t good enough to fix it then charged me for all of it. Yes, SmartsWeb is not where you want to do business and the name alone is a joke. Go find you a real tech firm that is professional and knows what they are doing. In all of this Blake was a smart alec and could care less if someone’s website was down, what does he care it wasn’t his money he was losing. One clue for me should have been he can’t even send a coherent email. I would send him an email and in response he would send 3-5 emails back in less than two minutes. Should have been a clue for me and I guess I over looked it. No, I am not happy with SmartsWeb or Blake Howe, I think they are an absolute cheat on the money and at least on my stuff were just awful.
