Not the cleanest place you would want to shop for food. The employees are for the most part lazy and uncaring. A few of the old timers are nice and want to make the others do a good job; however, they cannot be everywhere at one time. Many check-out lanes, however, only minimmal number will be open. I, for one, dislike trying to communicate with individuals in departments that are visiting with their friends and too busy to answer questions or they have slipped outside the gareden shop and are on a cell phone. I have recently had an experience in the garden shop where the 3 workers too lazy to offer to go outside and assist with a question regarding plants they had displayed by the front entrance. Asked if I could pay for the plants in the garden shop amnd take my receipt to the entrance and pick the plants up, the response was, "nah, they might now be what ya want and den you wud hav ta come back here and we would have to refun ya mo nee." Too much fun for one trip. How about English muffins with a mouse hole in the bottom! Keep it up Wal Martk Kroger loves you. However, I will give a FIVE STAR rating to the pharmacists - not always the ladies at the window but the pharmacists are tops.
