I was refused service due to a billing issue that obviously has not been fixed. Battling this for seven months and I'm told today that there are no notes on the account on this, but they remember speaking to us. The billing has not been fixed and it seems not much is being done to do so either. So they turned away a sick patient due to the billing that has not been resolved or record of our calls and trying to create a resolution with them. I'm not sure why we are expected to pay the mistake when they don't even document what we have told them is wrong with the bill.
