The management lies! The Maintenance men lie! They try and pull it over on you that that they need to inspect their rentals every month. If you complain about anything they take offence and treat you like you are beneath them. You have to sign a 2 year lease which is absurd. Yet our first 'year isn't even here yet, but we were told lot rent is now going to be over $400 not including the $700 you pay for the trailer you live in. Yes no matter how much they say it's a comunity. It's another regular trailer park! The staff is so rude. It is too expensive for what you pay to live here! NOT WORTH IT... DON't MOVE IN HERE! I could go on and on about how crappy it is here. Just save the headaches and just skip this whole place..... JUST NOOOOO!
