Apartments are old, beat up, and nasty. Neighbors are loud, rude and can do whatever they feel like it. Little kids do nothing but scream all day, not sure why the parents don't tend to them., maybe because they are inside partying. The manager and owner doesn't seem to care about concerns and complaints. Looks like redneck central in here. Junk all over peoples patio and all the satellite dishes are an eyesore. There are a lot of apartments that are 2 bedrooms, but yet there are more persons living in them than the law probably allows. My neighbor's TV and radio is always blasting on full bass. His charcoal grill, which is against the lease because of flammable liquids, bellows smoke into ours, makes our eyes water for hours. I can complain, but told flat out to bad, nothing ever gets done. I could go on and on how bad this place sucks. I would never rent from Glendale Reality again! Slum lords!
