Provided by YP.comInterested in purchasing an apt in a specific (just-built) building I stopped by with family to view some apartments.
This wasn't my first time in the building, two days earlier I had been in the building shopping for a 3 bedroom apt.
I went back to take a second look and possible purchase with family.
In the lobby Sam Zheng a "associate broker" was the only person available to speak with. He asked if we had an appointment, we did not. This was an open house. And was not busy as it was early in the morning.
Sam Zheng refused to let us up to look at the apts, he was already raising his voice saying we should have called and made an appointment.
After telling him that I had spoken to this fellow coworker previously he finally called someone to show us the property.
As we waited he told us that he was the owner and manger of the building, which I found out later was false. He stated that he wouldn't have showed his home without an appointment and that I was lucky.
I have never been treated so disrespectfully, I asked for his name, and he yelled at the top of his lungs "what's your name?" Spitting as he yelled. Instead of answering my question.
Everyone was shocked.
As a customer, interested in making a purchase in this building I was completely embarrassed by Sam Zheng's unprofessional behavior.
I had to ask him to calm down several times.
Finally another broker came, an showed my family and myself the property but how can I purchase anything after being treated so horribly.
In this country, as in many others, civilized people do not treat paying customers like this.
I would never recommend this company or location to anyone looking to purchase a home.
I hope your company takes appropriate action against this "sales person".
