WE MADE RESERVATIONS FOR BIRTHDAY DINNER ON SATURDAY MARCH 29TH 2008. table did not accomodate the number of people that were there. When I made reservations the understanding was one table for twenty people, three of them were children. We've been there for dim sum and also for lunches. Mary the server that evening did not accomodate as a waitress should. Water was never refilled after asking a couple of times. Waiter did not know some of the dishes that were ordered from package. No one came around to ask how everything was. At the end when bill was given an automatic tip of 20% was added on nowhere was it stated that an automatic tip would be included. Eating in the city customers know that tips are added I think that in Flushing no other restaurants would add on 20% tip without customers knowledge. If the service was provided at would be approprate in this case it wasn't very disappointed. As a regular customer I don't think we'll come back or recommend this restaurant.
