The lady did a beautiful job on my nails, but she cut a couple of my cuticles to the point where they bled. Instead of saying "Sorry," she blamed it on the fact that I have sensitive nails, even though this had never happened to me at any other salon. While initially I was going to get a pedicure as well, I decided to go elsewhere, based on the job she did and her attitude. I did not tip and I will not be coming back here.
