I've been a customer of this chain for a fee years and even recommend to all my friends. In early december I took a friend to buy two laptops. One of them worked flawlessly, the other an HP got stuck after windows update. Taking a close look at the receipt noticed you only have 15 days to return product or exchange. Being an A+ certified technician I decided to take a look. It seems the HDD was swapped and even had a label removed from the inside. They offered to waive the check-up fee however will charge for repairs. It's a sad day for me as my loyalty should reflect on my history with the store. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice... Lose big time.
