8/16/16- I had just gotten off the Q114 I was trying to get a bus to the LIRR To catch the 1:13 train, when I saw the Q25 bus, I was on Parsons Blv and
Jamaica Ave just had to cross the street, the bus had the light and there were a line of cars in front of it so I had time as I'm standing in the bus stop, yes I'm in the but stop and this driver keeps going and it's not the first time, sometimes I'm standing at this bus stop and they will pull all the way up to Jamaica Ave, I have a picture of a bus behind a mail truck, I was waiting for the bus and it just kept on going never stopped! Today at 1:02 August 16th 2016 this bus# 648/ Run # 408 did not stop and I missed my Train! I tried to call the depot!

The QM2 is unreliable on weekends. They cancel buses at the last minute and the wait for the next is an hour. Considering how few transit options there are for northeast Queens this is unacceptable. The MTA has been informed and nothing has changed.

The QM2 Bayside Run #232 is the best run at 6:50 in the morning. Our driver, Luis Rodriguez, Badge No. 30651, is not only polite, courteous, and effecient, he is one heck of a driver! You feel safe with Luis driving, but you can guarantee that you will be in mid-town before 7:45, even in busy traffic. Luis just knows what he's doing. The ride is pleasant and fast. I highly recommend this run and I have to say Luis is one of the only good things about the MTA! He is an excellent representative of the company and all the runs and service should be as good as his (maybe he should run the MTA). Thank you.

The Q34 bus service SUCKS. Every weekday when im waiting for the Q34 on main st. IT TAKES CENTURIES AND CENTURIES for the Q34 to arrive. While im waiting all the other busses i see are the 25,65,44,20,17,27,15,and 12. and out of all the bus crowds, i only see just 1 or 2 Q34's. Please improve the service on the Q34, people live in Whitestone too!

If you are planning to take the MTA NYC Bus Q25,you are set for a treat,Over an Hour on Main Street,Flushing waiting for the bus,Sunday Schedule suck and they keep raising the fares,No One Helps us!!!

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME HERE. I'VE NEVER USED THE COLLEGE POINT BUS SERVICE, THEREFORE I CAN'T TELL YOU ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I THOUGHT BY REGISTERING WITH YOU, YOU COULD HELP ME GET FROM MY HOME TO THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM I NEEDED TO GET TO, USING THE BUS SERVICES.
