horrible service, find another car service company if you are in flushing , dispatcher is always rude

Dispatcher was rude , no phone etiquette at all , driver shows up early when you request a certain time for pick up in advance and then tell you they will not wait 5 minutes for you to get off work. horrible customer service. i don't recommend this company at all !

Very impressed by New Golden Horse Car Service. Their fare is very reasonable and much better than yellow cab, especially during rush hours. There is no haggling. When making reservation, just tell them exactly where you need to be picked up and dropped off. If you agree to the fare, then you are off to a safe ride. I used them a few times and so far I am very happy with them!

Hands down the best car service in Queens, always reliable and affordable. If you often need a cab on short notice, make sure you have 718-762-8888 on your speed dial. I always skip the long taxi line at JFK and just call them. For out of town travel, make sure you call New Golden Horse first to get a quote before you even try calling other car services, unless you don't mind paying more.

I've started using this car service a couple of years ago and so far so good. Occasionally there were hiccups but overall New Golden Horse consistently provide very good car service. Their drivers are very competent and know their way around NYC. Don't mind their operators when they answer the calls in Chinese, just speak English and they will answer back in English. I've never experienced any issues trying to communicate with their operators. High recommended!

New Golden Horse is my go tocar service. I recommend this car service to all my friends because I am so satisfied with them. They are always on time. Most of all, they are cheap. You can't go wrong with them.
