The moment you open the door. I got over 5000 loan on 2016 to get dental work done with them
And on 2018 had to be recement. I called today sept 2021 with the same issue. And unfortunately don’t have the same medical insure due to covid. When I booked the appointment not once they confirmed
Insurance , they offered me time right away and I was able to pay a babysitter to go at 430pm since I’m
So scared to swallow the crown. I get there and they tell me they don’t take my insurance and that I had a balance of 200 for a cleaning that wasn’t covered by my other insurance on 2018. And they can’t fix THEIR WORK free I would have to pay 150 to recement the crown today ! Information that was never given to me. I explained I didn’t have the money at the moment but I can set up a payment plan and the lady said no I needed to pay right Away !! I left the office crying !
Very disappointed of the service ! And how inconsiderate they are of peoples time and

I always hated dentists, with my past experience it was horrible. Coming here changed my mind. I still have some anxiety but by the end, I'm all good! You guys are great!
