The Corner School Nonprofit Cooperative Nursery and Kindergarten Est. 1956 The Corner School is a nonsectarian, cooperative school. It has served the community since 1956. Administrative policy is set at regular meetings of the Parent Executive Board, and implemented by various committees. Parents are NOT required to participate in the classroom, unless it is their wish to do so. To meet children's emotional and social needs. To encourage them to use their creativity and imagination. To promote motor development and physical activity. To help children explore their environment and acquire information. To enable parents to share ideas and gain understanding of their children.
