Thank goodness they are not in the medical field, where it is a matter of life or death. Everything went well at first, but once they get your money they do not give a ratsbutt about thier customers. They had messed up in so many places in the fence work they done, it is beyond ridiculos. My fence is under warranty, and each I time I call, it is always Lindsay who picks up. She promises to send a crew out, but no ever shows up or calls. She constantly comes up with excuses. When I demanded to speak with John, the owner, she got nasty with me and hung up. John is never around at the shop when I get there, nor ever responds to my email. What really irritates me, someone like Lindsay has a job and I don't. John needs to get a reality check and hire people who know how to do thier jobs.

If you want to be lied to and treated rudley, this is the place to go. They are nothing but a lundry list of excuses and do not know how to take action for thier own responsibilties. I have been going back and fourth with them for over a year now to repair my fence in which they installed. It is under warranty and they keep coming up with the most lamest excuses to get out of it.Once they get your money, they will run. Go somewhere else.
