After dozens of bad experiences all over the county w various mechanics & shops, I decided to try O'Donnell Auto. The owner, John O'Donnell, is as car-smart (and straight-shooting) as they come. Service was fast & efficient, I was given a thorough explanation (twice cuz I'm no car genius) of everything that was going on w/ my vehicle (I'd had a few problems I was avoiding) & suggestions on how to proceed so that I didn't pay too much, what to watch out for, & how to keep the car as smooth, safe, and long-running as possible. They give it to you straight & don't try to mislead or nickel & dime you; I'm very grateful for that bc people in all businesses try to rip ppl off, but not here. I can tell honesty when I see it, as well as quality work. They'll get all my business, as well as my family & friends', from now on. A good mechanic shop is rare, & based on my experience, this is definitely one of them. Definitely go to O'Donnell Auto if you want a no-BS experience, a fair price, & your car fixed right the first time!
