This is the best eye doc I have ever had! Tim, is funny, warm and very helpful each time I have had a question on insurance, eye glasses, etc. All the staff is fabulous! From the time I walk in the office, I feel like I am the only patient of Dr. Coward's! I will always recommend Dr. Coward to friends and family.

Tried to call to get some medical help and the receptionist who answered the phone was rude , abrupt and had horrible customer service skills. Everytime I tried to ask a question he interrupted. Can u imagine going through all kinds of medical problems and u have enough on ur plate and then u call and try to find a solution to some and getting tim the receptionist on the phone who has no people skills and making it worse. Whether u can help me or not. Ur place is customer service to help ur employer to gey patients, but guess what u lost one and probably more due to bad reccomendations. People do not want to deal with rude , insensitive individuals when the are sick and all the need is help.
