Very bad customer service. Waited five minutes while cashier carried on personal conversation at drive thru window. Had to literally wave my arms and raise voice to employees cooking in back room to get her attention. After taking my order she ignored person waiting behind me to resume conversation. That customer was very upset as well.



To top off the fiasco, my pizzas were very low quality. I MIGHT try them one more time but will probably stick with Papa Murphy's from now on.

I have never had so may issues with a place of business before. My son loves their pizza and it's less than 1/2 a mile from my house so we go often and have been satisfied only once. Today was the last time I will ever visit this location. The employees continue to get more and more rude, untrained as there are so many new people each time we go and today my money was thrown back at me with an eye roll telling me they could not make change for me. Totally unacceptable treatment to customers. And the pizza is much better at other locations and never burnt unlike almost every pizza we have had at this one.

Pizza was ready when I pulled up. PIZZA IS GREAT and staff is very nice.
