We had just moved here from out of state and didn't know anyone. We were looking for palm trees and didn't know anything about them. We stopped at Mike's. He had a great selection and the young lady working there was very helpful. We picked one out and they said they would plant it the next Tuesday. I was so excided. We got home, the phone rang and the young lady from Mike's asked if they could come right over to plant the tree. The had a change in schedule. They planted, fertilized and watered my tree. We watered it every day as we were told. Our tree has doubled in size. I don't want to include a pic yet. It needs a trim. She just doesn't
look her best. I'll attach one later. We are so happy with our tree. Mike will of course, plant our next time. We have been here 5 years. That's how old our palm is. Thank you Mike

I bought 14 palm trees and Mike installed them. I watered them regularly for over a year. I watched other homes add palm trees to their yard and their trees are doing fine. Mine have struggled to survive from the beginning. I can't help but think that I was given bad trees. 7 out of the 14 trees have died and Mike is not standing behind any of the trees. I am out time and money and now I have to remove 7 dead trees from my yard. Heed my warning----DO NOT do business with Mike!

Thought we were getting a good deal on Palm trees but 1/2 of them died. We were able to nurse along the 1/2 that stayed alive, but they still don’t look as good as neighbors’ trees that were much more recently planted. These were bad, dried out trees. Service was terrible. Called when a tree blew over - no response. Called to put in a sprinkler system in — no response. Called about dead trees — no response. No more business from us.

We will never do business with this guy again! He is rude, very hard to deal with and does not meet his schedule getting your plants.
