I have cracked heals and took a few people with me. Half way through the pedicure I asked if the attendant would shave my heals. She stated they are not allowed. Istated that was my only purpose in getting a peticure. I paid and the man asked about adding a tip. I explained I spent $75 and still have cracked heals. He recommended I go to Robertsdale for that. I recommend they post or inform customers of their limitations in advance.

Worst Service I have ever had anywhere. I had pedicure, gel nails done on Wednesday, by Saturday I had lost one nail completely. I went in on Monday, she replaced that one: I had just left and noticed two more were falling away. I immediately went back, was told to sit and wait. I could not wait and told him I would come back today. Last evening I lost two more nails, I thought they should have done all of them over.. He said they would do the ones that were missing and they are finished with me. There is no guarantee how long they last. I do know they should last up to three weeks, I do not recommend this place, and besides not doing a good job, they were rude.
