I was visiting from out of state and needed reassurance before the 6 hour drive home! Kenneth was friendly, helpful and explained in detail the problem. I had just had my car serviced at my local dealer 2 weeks prior and the problem seemed worse. They didn't do anything wrong, but failed to explain the true problem that Kenneth did. Very greatful for his honesty and experience! I would highly recommend!!!!

Excellent service!!!! Have had my vehicles serviced here since they opened. Have had several oil changes, two flats repaired and recently purchased a set of tires. Beat all others prices in the area on the new tires. All employees have had a wonderful personality and seemed eager to help. Will continue to use Trax Tire in Foley.

I drove up to a car bay and the guy sitting there just looked at me w/o any greeting. I finally got out of my car and asked him if they did tire rotation. He said yes, and to talk to the people up front. The guy up front was very nice - seemed less ignorant and more in tuned to the customer, me. The next day I took the car in for the rotation, drove up the car bay again. Another guy just looked at me with no greeting. I got out and was going to walk to the front, when he yelled at me - "You can't park there." I said ok, then left and did not go back.

I had new tires put on my car here. Immediately afterwards I had clunking noise from front end when I went over a bump & let off the gas,,,Did they damage my drivetrain ?
