I have always had a distrust in doctors and dentists, so one of the most important things for me when I was looking for a dentist in Folsom was that they don't talk down to me. I know I'm not a dentist myself, but I'm smart enough to understand basic dentistry. I know why flossing is good, for example (even if I don't do it - sorry doc), and I prefer a dentist that talks to me like I'm an equal.

I get that here, along with a great staff and fun environment. I strongly recommend them.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Chen's office for 3 years and have NO complaints! The office is very professional, courteous, helpful, etc. We have had none of the issues that the previous reviewer experienced. All appointments have been timely and hygenic! The office has even went out of their way to help me with receiving payment from secondary insurance.

DIRTY, FRAUDULENT OFFICE!



First off they were running late.... after I explained I had to leave at a certain time to pick up my toddler who was at a gym and I could not be late when booking the appt. They assured me they would get it all done!!!! yeah sure... Lied!

When you walk in the office looks wonderful. Water features, cookies, water, tea, coffee..... DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!



Dental Hygentist walked away with gloves on and came back to start work on me she must have went to restroom or touched door handle and put those gloved hands on my face. When I left the office the smell on my upper lip made me throw up in the parking lot. The smell was DISGUSTING! I called and reported her.... they made excuses for her. To top it off they did not complete service and they were behind in the office and had to reschedule me for proper exam and to do a dental clean they started and only did a few teeth and needed to finish. I refused to go back because they were so disorganized & the dirty disgusting gloves.

They tried billing my Insurance for work they did not do or complete almost 4 months later. I told insurance not to pay them. I called the office and reminded them that I did not get the service they were charging for.... they did not care and sent it to a Debt Collector to ruin my credit!

I recommend you stay away from this DIRTY, FRAUDULENT OFFICE!!!!!

I am in the middle of reporting them to Dental board and the Attorney General for Fraud!
