Hurt my back badly at a cross fit like gym and I also had a previous injury with my hip. I was in extreme pain to the point I couldn't even walk and had to take off work for weeks. I came into see Dr. Frank and he was so meticulous in my examination and recovery plan. He went over everything from my posture, sleep, fitness, and my nutrition. When he does adjustments he is not aggressive or rough. He is very accommodating and can squeeze you in his schedule to get you in right away. He also offers group packages to help you save money. He also is very knowledgeable, skilled, super nice, and very funny. In a matter of 2 months my back and hip was better and my pain went away. I have seen many chiropractors in my life and he is far by the best!!!
