I call and only get a computer which will not send me to a person. None of the options get me to a person. I want to ask a question about services. My doctor wants to send a fax. We both get the computer and when we follow the props, we get "You have reached a number that is disconnected..." What is going on over there? I am new to the area and looking for a local lab. This is so frustrating.

wonderful staff, helped me with my paperwork. Very friendly and curious. I recommend this lab to anyone.

The doctor and staff are very pleasant and complete with following through with situations with their patients. I am lucky to be referred to such a womderful pratice.
