This company is the best!! Steve was our Tech, he was knowledgeable and professional!! I had a lot of issues with my pump and he worked very hard fixing each one of them!
I was shocked how reasonable the charges were!!

I’ve been using another company for 24 years to service and repair my well & pump. They came out 3 weeks ago and told me I needed a sand separator. I had read great reviews about Clearwater, so I decided to give them a call for a quote and 2nd opinion. Steven came out, asked if they had ever drained the tank and answer was no. He proceeded to check out everything and explained well. Steven drained that darn tank until the water was clear, and he gave me the best news… I didn’t need a sand separator!!!! This company saved me a lot of money. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest and fair priced company, Clearwater is it!!! I will never use another company. Prompt, reasonably priced, and efficient. Casey and Matthew we're personable and skilled, and I would cheerfully spend money on them again if the need arises for water well work.

I called Casey with Clear Water Pump and well, on Saturday evening, he asked for a pic of the pump and tank, smart move on his part because from that pic he could see what parts were needed. He arrived within an hour, WHAT ON A WEEKEND!!! Casey was quick to respond, polite, informative, knowledgeable, and fair on his price. My pump had problems and I had no water, Casey tried to fix the pump first rather than just replace it. Unfortunately, the plastic inside had broken, the motor was fried. He at least tried to keep my cost down and I thank him for it. For all you Well problems call Casey and Clear Water Pump and Well for all your needs. Thank you so much Casey

Called at 5pm on a Friday in hopes that Clearwater could help me out as my water wasn't running and the person I called at 10am was a no show. Casey showed up within an hour and had my water running again within the hour. He talked me through the whole process to help me prevent it from happening again. Hands down the best service I could've received! Highly recommended!

My well pump went out on Thanksgiving morning an I had a lot of guess coming over, I knew I couldn't get anybody that day so I waited until the next day. I tried calling several company's but either no one answered or I got a voice mail an no one returned my call. The only one was Clear Water, the gentleman answered the phone an told me he could be out there with in the hour. He showed up right at an hour later an repaired the pump with in 30 mins, an since I had a good idea what was wrong I didn't tell him I knew what was wrong just to see what he would say. He told me the truth an did just what needed to be repaired & the cost was less then I thought. Over all I was VERY PLEASED with him an will recommend him & will use Clear Water in the future.
